im thinking about taking peptides but i’m not rich to buy HGH and im also a pussy with needles, so is mk677 a good alternative? (pills)

since they are fairly cheap, i’m just afraid of the side effects

my opinion on mk677 is that its dogshit, some will tell you it'll give you bonemass i personally disagree. mk677 is a secretagogue compared to HGH which is the pure exogenous compound. with mk you run the risk of insulin resistance and diabetes. HGH stimulates hepatic production of IGF1 whereas mk677 raises it more modestly and overall slower. if you're going to touch pharmas i'd save up for HGH as its 10x more effective

i fully agree on what you’re saying, it’s just that i don’t have money to buy hgh and mk is a cheaper option and it doesn’t seem that bad, if there’s any side effects enlighten me

honestly unsure if mk is reliable enough for bone growth, be careful of your diet on it or you will become diabetic so look into how to mitigate insulin resistance on mk. realistically it does boost IGF1 so HYPOTHETICALLY it could increase bonemass. i'm not a doctor so do your own research and stay safe. hopefully someone else here has more knowledge on mk then me.

There are many, the most common ones being increased appetite, fluid retention (so bloating and swelling hands and feet), lethargy or tiredness, numbness tingling and joint pain. Longer term side effects are liver and heart damage hormonal imbalance (may increase cortisol and suppress test) and rarely but tumor development. Mk is quite dangerous but most of it's side effects can be minimised when you stop taking it. If you have diabetes or are prone to high blood pressure do not take it. Speak to a professional before you consider taking and and also while taking it get frequent checks.

Yeah no problem, while mk isn't considered a steroid I'd say it's borderline and the closest non steroid we have to actual steroids, just be careful

At this age you aren't looking for bone mass, your looking for linear growth.
Peak bone mass will be in your 20s you have a lot of time before then.
Don't ruin your fundamental years for short term effects (eg starving to get lean/debloat), rather look into long term solutions (get right vitamins and proteins to support bone growth) its cope for people who are already past puberty but at your age its really vital.
