Is mk7 cope?

Some guy told me here that mk7 has performed better in studies than mk4 so I went ahead and got a bunch of mk7, especially with mk4 products being very few and far between. But now I've been reading that mk4 is better. Do they use mk7 in osteoporosis cases or is it worthless? It's supposed to be side effect free.
Also I only take 500mcg a day but it has me itching hard as fuck with big red spots everywhere on body Even 100mcg did that. Meanwhile people take 60mg mk4 no problem. Oh and my resting pulse is 88 now Over?

MK-7 is much more effective than K1 & MK-4 at reaching bone, plus more osteocalcin IIRC. MK-4 is worst for bone but better for other tissues.

also is it good to take with d3? d3 apparently needs k2, but can it be mk7?

took a week for symptoms to kick in but I'd cut that shit up and take 1mg a week max after this ngl

was it you? I read the other way actually. so can you link me a study or something? and again, I can't megadose mk7 coz I'm getting fucked up on a thousandth of what some people take in mk4

From what i have read MK-7 is better, even if i'm not wrong MK-7 can also contain MK-4 while the opposite is not the case. I've been taking MK-7 for months and i think it's works for maintaining bone and teeth density at least cause since and everytime i take MK-7 i feel my teeth is much more sturdier and harder than before.

You practically can’t overdose but everything above 200mcg is useless and even as you describe you can get sides as it thickens blood for example
