Is MSE and genioplasty good idea for my recessed jaw and narrow high arched palate? y am i so ugly?

No, looks like your palate is fairly wide already. MSE Is junk anyway.

its 35mm, its narrow, and its high arched as hell.

wide is 41mm+

yh MSE isn't perfect aesthetically, but its the most effective palate expander we currently have.
