Is MSE cope?

I want to get MSE appliance to get a wider palate ad have a better smile, also to hit cheekbones and get wider overall. Some people say since it expands everything my ratios wont change and I will not ascend. How much do you think MSE normally ascends someone? I want to induce my forward growth too and not sure what kind of appliance I can get for that or any appliance can do it at all.

Its not cope depending on your face. It will expand everything but it can still ascend you if you have a narrow face/low bizygomatic width.A problem with MSE is a wider alar base but it can be fixed easily with an Alarplasty. To induce forward growth build a facepuller

Thank you! I already have very very big nose and a wide alar base so this side effect kinda turns me off. But I want to get an alarplasty anyways. I will look at building facepullers but it doesn't feel safe to do it on my own.

how many millimetres is the widest part of your nose? And its not that hard to make a facepuller, you could make nelsons if you want, im gonna design my own soon

It is almost a full 4 centimeters in the widest part, very wide and bulbous lmao. I just saw Kieran's Ortho Lab facepuller vid. I will search it more. How much change should I expect in my alar base after mse in the worst scenario?

Thanks a lot @retard i think i will get MSE procedure first and after that will do facepulling. Does it matter if I do it after MSE or should I do both at the same time?
