Is mtn possible without hardmaxing?

I've been rated very differently from mltn to mmtn on org, I'm pretty sure I'm hltn. I've been told that I can't reach mtn, but I feel like going from hltn to mtn isn't that crazy to need surgery or am I retarded? If it's possible how do I reach mtn

lowkey i cant seem to recognize whats wrong but i know theres something wrong lol but try getting better lip fullness as that might help you fraud a shorter philtrum and get better lashes bro idk

i think its skull shape jowels and unbalanced 1/3s
lower third ruins him and also midface is a little wide
also good zygos and under eye fat deposits
