Is my chin weak?

I'm really pissed off about my chin because i'm not a boneless mf, i have decent zygos, good ramus and shit but my chin makes me appear weak, i can't deny i could use some forward growth. I need help with it.
What i'm thinking is that my braces are making my lips pop more which makes my lip to chin ratio appear less balanced. Sorry for a dark photo

So I have the same issue where my chin is skeletally not recessed but my lips are protruding. My understanding is the braces bulk can push the lips forward. Also there is muscular hypertrophy around the lips due to constant tension which pushes lips forward. This only improves months after removing braces
