I need to leanmax, get rid of face bloat and to also improve my health so I’m going to do 18/6 intermittent fasting, eat small portions and cook all my food from scratch with fresh ingredients to avoid sugar, seed oils and other bad shit.

Protein: beef, lamb, chicken, cod, mackerel, bacon, eggs

Fat: milk, butter, cheese, creme fraiche, yoghurt, olive oil

Carbs: oats, pasta, bread

Vegetables: spinach, tomatoes, chillies, peppers, carrots, celery, potatoes, onions, garlic, leeks, peas

Other: salt, pepper, stock cubes, flour, lemons, honey, herbs, wine

I’m only going to use these to cook with. I like cooking so I can make plenty of good meals out of these raw ingredients. I’m only eating fresh bread which I don’t buy as often. Is there enough variety here for good health?
