haven't you learnt anything from bwython? he says he achieved forward displacement of the undereye region, zygos, & maxilla. if you look at his progress you'll see that it was complete bullshit. every case i've seen of decent lateral expansion of the palate has led to interior differences or light increases in zygo projection outwards which is unideal in most cases especially if artificially produced from expanders; you have to get a whole swarm of other treatments to make sure you dont end up fucked. damion braces would be a requirement. MARPE/Hyrax is all bullshit especially if you have an uneven palate. those 2 only expand equally on both sides, only expanding your asymmetry so you're better off just getting expansion surgery or a screwed in one-sided expander if you have an uneven palate like this op does.
