Will a pallet expander make looksmin?

The dentist says I need one and I do have a narrow pallet but each time I see someone’s after results is always worse face better teeth, could someone explain what exact measurements are changed

I got a palette expander I wish I did more mm It did make my face asymmetrical but in the long run when maxxing out other things youre very early gonna realise narrow palette is top 3 nerfs also gave me forward growth

depends on your starting position, like how wide your jaw or zygos are. But unless you expand too much, you should be fine.

it can cause slight asymmetry this is common with MARPE

You'll look like a thumb basically if you fix everything and dont fix palette. Because this causes your cheekbones to go outwards just so you know
