I’m on tret and azelaic acid, hope they will help me with those wrinkles under my eyes, but I’m open for new stuff/help

What's up mane, It's not bad you have

• good iris/ color
• good lowset brows
• good medial canthus

However you have bad

• canthal tilt
• undereye support
• mid eyelashes

here's what I'd recommend to fix it

• PDO threads for canthal tilt
• Infra orbital fat grafting for ues
• Bimatoprost and dark dye for lashes
