I try to do till failure every set, 2-3 sets and 8-12 reps depends of exercise. I try to lift heavy.
1) Push-ups
2) Bench dips
3) Lateral raises
4) Bicep curls
5) Dumbell lunges
6) Dumbell squads
7) Bench press
And when workout done I train with handgrippers. I also do pull-ups,chin-ups,dead hangs in park for shoulders and back but on next day when I'm doing cardio.
Is it any good? I been doing it for 6 months nearly. I got bigger, especially arms.
