shoulder press

lat raise
wide bench press

Pull
lat pulldown
rows
low row
dumbbell curl
hammer curl
rear delt fly

Leg
Adductor
leg press
calf raise
hip thrust
leg curl
leg extension

Upper
lat pulldown
incline chest press
rows
lateral raise
tricep extension
DB curl
pec fly
shoulder press
low row
rear delt fly

Lower
leg press
leg curl
adductor
leg extension
calf raise

Rest

All of this is 2x failure and I do 30 minutes of incline walking after every session. I do weighted crunches everyday too.

get rid of rear delt flys if your already doing rows

get rid of hip thrust, are you a girl

decent as long as ur training each muscle twice a week ur good

my gym got a machine and it literally says that lol
i actually do pull ups pretty much everyday
