Always skip leg day jfl. Unless you're a total couch potato other than when lifting weights legs get more than enough exercise from daily life and physical tasks. I do a lot of hiking on steep trails and physical tasks to maintain our land so no need for leg day in the gym. It would just be overkill in my case. I only do upper body training

There’s more life than the gym you don’t need to spend 5 days being in the gym ever week
