Is my hair thinning?

I just hit 16 and im really scared because (I think) my hair started to fall out really bad and i don’t really wanna go bald lol so please tell me if I should just get on dutasteride or finasteride or im fine until later. Alopecia runs a lot in my father side, my dad is in Norwood stage 3/4 at 50 and my uncle is completely bald since his 30s. Grandfather hair was really really thin but mom side has really healthy hair, grandmother by dad part had really good hair too. My dad told me that he started to lose his hair at around 25 years old.

I’ve always had thin hair and it easily breaks out. I had a really bad habit when I was about 10, so what I did is I used to pull my hairline hair and I broke it for like about 3 months straight, that could be the reason for somewhat of a recessed hairline but im scared of the crown and the part.

Does it have any side effects? I’m thinking about going to a dermatologist and just straight up ask if im balding.

really rare, none are permanent, you can just hop off it If you experience side effects.

Ight thanks. For what u can see, do you see any slight sign of thinning? I lowkey got scared when I saw my side hair but looking in other threads I just see that my hair is fine (cope). I’m probably just gonna ask my dad if im starting to get bald
