19. will be 20 in a week. My hairline is NW0, but there is an obvious spot that lacks density and volume imo. I do have a severe vitamin d deficiency though, and have been under significant physical and emotional stress due to work over the past year or so. Idk how to distinguish MPB from temporary hair loss due to stress.
