Is my head and body posture cooked?

What can I do to improve both head and body posture if there is need in doing so but I think my posture is quite bad.

yes, its fucked your build looks similar to mine when i first started get a posture corrector and goto gym more. bone wise im not even gonna start to hurt your feelings.
