ur upper teeth are pointed fairly normal, a bit inwards actually. ur lower teeth are pointed in. because your upper palate didnt develop large enough, so the lower teeth are having to tip inwards to fit within the upper teeth.

got a long journey ahead of u, ideally starting with palate sxpansion
