Solution
mohito
Mandible is recessed.
Maxillary forward growth and midface projection are fine, but superior maxillary development is weak (indicated by wide gonial angle)
Frontal projection is also fine

Make sure to mark this post as solution, just click the check mark on my right
ur mandibles recesses and ur maxilla is flat nose is also too big

How to fix the recessed mandible w out surgery or is it not possible? Or how can i maximize more forward growth so my ramus is more visible. Cz when i jut my jaw i have a tall ramus and mandible is clearly more visible, but at natural rest position it is hidden

For mandibular projection, twin block or herbst appliances can work, but only at a very young age. After that, the only solution is bsso

Similarly, for maxillary forward growth, protraction facemask can work up to a certain age, and after that only a le fort i can do the job

Ramus visibility actually has little to do with forward growth and is more influenced by fat distribution, so consider getting seriously lean or do aqualyx if u want

Yea ive been going to the gym so ill see if getting leaner works. I just turned 18 btw. I still look young and still have signs of puberty such as voice cracks. So idk if im js a late bloomer or what. Financially cant afford surgery rn but do u think thats the only thing that will work?

i mean you look underdeveloped for 18
I still have signs of puberty and have voice cracks and shit. And since i look younger doesn’t that mean im still developing and js a late bloomer?

By 18 yo, most of the development is complete and investing in anything for the maxilla or mandible other than a serious hardmax would be a waste of time and money
