If ur insecure I suggest getting a maxillary expander ASAP and if you won't get one then infraorbital rim implants would fix it when ur 18

It is recessed but like the other guy said it's not dramatic, just make sure to have a good posture overall (neck, tongue etc) and you don't need a palate expander in my opinion but maybe I'm wrong idk
