Is my maxilla recessed?

You also have recessed infarobritals and a short mandible length with a short ramus.

Your cheekbones are overly prominent along with your jaw width, some cheekbone reduction might help you out, also looks like your skull isn't properly attached to your cheekbones on the right side, not sure if I am misinterpreting. Your maxilla is severely recessed, and you have an awful overbite, you will need upper jaw surgery to bring it back. Your lower jaw is also recessed and needs to be brought forward.
