It could use a bit of mass for further ascension, but I think its fine. It is kind of hard to say because two of the photos have your head at an angle, and none of them include your shoulder width/overall frame which can change how thin or thick your neck looks in proportion.

It does look like your head is well sized for your neck which is the good part. It is still kind of hard just judging it from your lower 1/3.

Instead of muscle mass maxxing
Skinny people can't get fat eat alot of good quality calories and your body will fill out aesthetically neck included

Just look. And estimate.

That's a good fat percentage.
I am around the 10% bf marker also.

Just eat maintenance level. To add muscle mass: eat good amount of proteine, gym consistently (will take months). And than muscle mass will be added.

Not if you bulk with meat butter eggs and cheese, you will be bigger but not fatter.
You will only get fatter if it's sugary processed shit.

Bulk = callories surplus. Callories surplus = gaining fat.

So you think if you consumed 3000 calories a day of alcohol for a month v 3000 a day of steak for a month you will look the same at the end?

But if one burns 2400 callories prr day. Both will have gained fat. Guaranteed
