A bit of a long nose is not really a failo for men but you need to be generally masculine to play it well. So make sure you lift and have a personality that matches.

To balance a long nose you can add projection to the chin with filler or implants.

Otherwise you can see what a rhino surgeon can do to reduce length but that is more complicated than removing a hump alone. Hard to see in your photo whether it would be difficult or not but it looks like you might be a good candidate.
