Is my ortho high?

M(18) found out about LM and taking care of my health too late in life, im well aware i can't cope my way out of being recessed.

That being said, im looking for any and all surgical pathways i can take to fix my face. From what my orthodontist has told me, my palate is wide enough so i want to focus on improving my projection and getting rid of that flat/recessed look on my face. I have deep nasolabial folds, weak under-eye support, drooping/rounded nose, sleep apnea and a deviated septum. I know it would be retarded to attribute all of those issues to having a recessed maxilla, but through what surface level research i've done all of those problems have the potential to be fixed by fixing my maxilla since its all connected internally.

Any suggestions for the route i should take/ procedures to research? My ortho recommend i see an ENT and im looking for certain terms & medical issues that align with my symptoms so i can get more than just a septoplasty.

the root cause is your recessed maxilla and your palate is narrow, your ortho is high for thinking its wide enough
