Is my palate narrow, average, or wide (and roughly how many mm)? Currently got braces on.

if my palate's narrow, how do I widen it? do you guys recommend thumb or towel pulling, or will that mess up my braces/teeth?

Get a bite imprint on something and measure it , I’d say anything under 40mm could be considered narrow as a guy but you won’t be “clinically” narrow unless it’s under 36mm I think

narrow, but don't thumbpull or towelpull that shit won't work, ur ortho is probably bad if he gave u braces without expansion but still ask for some sort of expander and look for an airway-based orthodontist in your area that can provide expansion

You don’t measure from the bottom it’s your premolars I think just look it up

Go to ur orthodontist and see if ur insurance covers marpe, unlikely but worth the shot
