I know i have some level of crowding but i can’t tell if it’s mild or severe. I’m seriously considering getting some sort of orthodontic device (ex MARPE), i often have trouble breathing through my nose especially during workouts and my tongue overlaps my teeth slightly when pressed to my upper palate. Will orthodontics genuinely benefit me or is my case not severe enough?

Also when i smile 8 of my upper teeth show im not too sure what the golden number is but i’ve read it’s around 8-10.
