Don’t mind my yellow ass teeth💀

And Idk if it’s that narrow but I have an overly long face and my sister also has a narrow pallet so I feel like I might have one too

and does it look like I have a deviated septum because I can’t really breathe out of my right nostril and it looks smaller

If your tongue can fit on the roof of your mouth when you close and you don't bite the edges of your tongue, your palette isn't narrow. Doesn't look narrow either, here's a genuine narrow palette

1. Your teeth aren't yellow, that's a natural coloring, though definitely not toothpaste ad worthy but it's not yellow.
2. Your palate likely isn't narrow.
3. Yes, your septum is deviated, surgery.

Ok thabts what I was thinking and if I do need surgery for it my insurance can probably cover it but do you think I can get a rhinoplasty too with it being covered by my insurance? Becausey side profile is fucked by my nsoe

Insurance will for sure cover the septoplasty, but if you're doing a septorhinoplasty, insurance will only cover the septo and you'll have to pay for the rhino out of pocket since it's an elective procedure.
