Rn I'm at 181cm at 14 years old and 5 months my mom is 158cm and my dad 178 do y'all think it's a case of early puberty ( I don't have a lot of hair on my face only a mustache but not a single beard formation and my leg hair is visible but my arm not that much

probabbly an early bloomer but you still have a long time for craniofacial development, you could maybe heightmaxx a bit, its very rare for plates to close at 14
