Is my shitty ramus the reason my front profile looks so undefined?

My face looks so flat and featureless from the front, is my only choice gonna be implants or injections?

Your small upper lip is worse but yeah, no idea.

I‘m not an autist or at least not one interested in all of this complicated aesthetics stuff so I have no idea.

What gives sharpness and definition to the front is usually the interaction between several bones (mainly : cheekbones, chin, and posterior mandible) and soft tissue.

Based on those pictures, your problems seem to be (1) a lack of anterior projection for the cheekbones, (2) a short ramus, (3) a narrow and recessed mandible, (4) a short and recessed chin, (5) unideal fat storage around the cheeks.
Adressing these flaws will require a combination of jaw surgery, implants, liposuction/fat dissolvers, and maybe some fillers as a finishing touch.

If you fully commit, I would suggest to treat other facial flaws as well. Namely : nose (bulbous and downturned tip, deviated bridge), upper lip (too thin), undereyes (hollowness, pigmentation), hairline & temporal peaks (both receded), and neck (too narrow).
Other users have picked up on your temporal hollowness ; it would be less noticeable if temporal peaks were projected further forward (forehead reduction surgery / hair transplant).

This morph is not necessarily meant to depict a super realistic outcome from all the procedures mentioned above (although part of it could be regarded as quite realistic), and more to give you an idea of how small alterations work together to achieve facial sharpness/definition.

Main problems are a biggish forehead, a narrow jaw and a recessed chin

If he fixes all that + short ramus (implant)
+ forward mandibular growth (BSSO)
+ anterior malar projection (implant or filler)
+ nose (tip rotation, tip debulking, dorsal shaving, dorsal straightening, radix graft)
+ upper lip height (lip lift)
+ undereyes (fat graft ?)

... he truly ascends. Both from the front and the side.

What solutions are there for a narrow mandible? Of course, there are mandible implants, but can chin wing osteotomy be a (better) equivalent to implants?

Yeah I wasn't exactly expecting that many surgeries and don't plan on moonlighting as a hit man or something, how about just getting fat removed from my face, would that still be really effective in making me more attractive?

Ah, I wrongly translated an expression from my native language to English ; "wetting their panties" just means pissing themselves, right ? If so, that was not the intended effect

Thanks, and, no, this is not my line of work at all. I did my first morph ever when I registered here 6 months ago. I had never used Photoshop before. I'm actually using Photopea, an online free equivalent, from the trackpad of a small Chromebook ... far from an ideal setup. Were I not old, lazy, and tired, I would watch a few tutorials to improve the morphs (better contouring, better blending, etc.) but the current results seem enough for their intended purpose and recipients. Anyway, with AI continual progress, handmade morphs could become obsolete soon (they still allow more accuracy at this point in time).

Seems like vline surgery in reverse but with more risk.
I've asked myself the same question, because I'd like to fix my inward gonions and weak-ish mandible.

Chin wings have been recently poo-pooed on by users who haven't undergone the procedure. The only actual patient testimony is from @kingofkings (currently self-banned ?) who went to Dr. Zarrinbal and said it ascended him ; the only drawbacks are (1) a step-off in the gonions that can be felt but not really seen, and (2) some nerve damage that may or may not heal over time but isn't a true issue on a daily basis.

The nerve damaging issue is well-known (inferior alveolar nerve) and surgeons can reject a patient if they deem the risk too high.
@yussimania brought up in another thread the risk of bone non-union, but I guess it depends on the type of movement and on the skills of the surgeon.

Yeah I wasn't exactly expecting that many surgeries and don't plan on moonlighting as a hit man or something, how about just getting fat removed from my face, would that still be really effective in making me more attractive?
No, it would barely make a difference because it would only address part of the problem.
To truly improve your facial definition, you need to do the following : some type of jaw surgery (BSSO ... or chin wing, see above), genioplasty, jaw angle implants, Radiesse for anterior malar projection, and lipo/fat dissolver for the cheek area. All these procedures work together, like a synergy towards your goal. It may sound a bit overwhelming, but you could actually bundle most of them together in one single surgical session.
Anyway, you cannot get off easy with just some lipo/fat dissolver. While it may achieve some visual improvement, it won't suffice to make you significantly more attractive.
