Worst advice ever. Calcium is the worst supplement you could take on its own. If you take too much it will stay in your arteries. You at least need a lot of D3/K2. And K2 is the most important one, take really high doses, because it what it does, is moving the calcium to your bones where the calcium should be. "Take calcium tablets" is basically the worst advice ever. Calcium alone makes you completely unhealthy. To increase bonemass, increase testosteron. Take supplements like Boron (9mg elementary per day) Study based test increase of about 18% in most cases. A lot of D3/K2 as I already said. And bone broth is also important for good fats and collagen. Increase test by eating at least 6 egg yolks per day. I prefer them completely raw but you can like cook your egg, but the yellow should be liquid. This boost your cholesterol, which is fundamental for testosterone. Facial bones pretty much displays your test levels. Of course some are genetically blessed, but there are no low test people that have good developed facial bones. Show me one :)
