noreva is spf as far as i know, first you put some water on your face dont wash it too much just apply a bit of water( if it makes sense) use moisturizer a bit and mostly spf when going out, spf is for maintaing looks, perhaps look into 3 in 1 solution, i genuinely dont know atp

no because then yiu are just gonna ruin your skin because you are too aggresive yiu should put detergente on your face while your face is dry then wash your face then with a towel clean it slowly and not evrryrhing and then apply the cream and thats it

washing isnt magically gonna give u better skin. you should get tretinoin, even if you dont have acne.
