Is my skincare combination good to get rid of mild akne

Here is my combination:
-5mg Isotretinoin (1x daily)
-0.05% treteroin creme(1x daily at night)
-1% oil free salicylic acid cleanser (2x a day morning and evening)
-Moisturiser (mix moisturiser with treteroin)
-Suncreme (1x in the morning)

Do I have to change something here or should I add something ?

Sure but the 5mg isotretinoin is useless here unless youre running it for years

How so ? And I can't use more cuz that would be torture for skin cuz of the treteroin that I am already using treteroin (0.05). Too much vitamin A is bad

Why are you taking only 5mg of Iso? Most men start at around 40. I would get a higher dosage and drop the tret, or just stick with tret and drop the iso. Did you get prescribed both of these at the same time?
Also not sure on the SA cleanser. I would opt for a more gentler one, using maybe once a day at night.

Cleanser -> Moisturizer -> Sunscreen (don't need to cleanse in the morning)
Cleanser -> Tret -> Heavy moisturizer at night

Skip the tretinoin and use a higher dose of isotretinoin

Yea just drop the tret, switch to a gentler cleanser, and up your isotretinoin dosage.
