I work at a warehouse and my shift is from 6 AM to 2 PM. So I wake up at around 5:30 every night and sleep anywhere from 11:30 - 12:30. So that is typically 5 - 6 hours of sleep and sometimes even less. However, I also take a nap from around 5 or 6 PM to 7 PM. So essentially in 24 hours I suppose I do get 6 hours minimum of sleep. I know a lot of you will say that instead of napping I should just sleep earlier. While I agree wholeheartedly, I literally cannot sleep before 11. I’ve tried constantly and I find it close to impossible and even trying it usually just stresses my brain out until I eventually look at my phone and see that it’s ~12 anyways. So the 1 - 2 hour nap is the only way I’m able to get more than 5 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period.
Is this sufficient? And please take many things into account rather than just saying yes or no
