L omcet if it works for u paired with 5mg melitonin, but use L omcet for about a week. i used to fix my sleep schedule after exams

secondary point do NOT take it if you think youre gonna do something later, also im sure youre gonna get L omcet over the counter for cheap

Zolpidem (Ambien) → one of the most commonly prescribed sleeping pills in the United States; it works quickly.
Eszopiclone (Lunesta) → helps with falling asleep and staying asleep.
Temazepam (Restoril) → a benzodiazepine used for insomnia, with a risk of dependence.
Suvorexant (Belsomra) / Lemborexant (Dayvigo) → a newer class of sleep medications that works by affecting wakefulness (orexin system).
Low-dose doxepin → mainly used for people who wake up during the night.
