Is my workout routine good for leanmaxxing and building lean muscle ? (rate it too please)

From chronological order

Monday: 1. Neck 2.Traps 3. Bench press 4. Deadlift 5.pullups 6.Pushups 7. abs 8. cardio

tuesday: 1.Squat 2. overhead press 3.pullups 4.pushups 5.abs 6.cardio

wednesday: Rest day

thursday: 1. Neck 2.Traps 3. Bench press 4. Deadlift 5.pullups 6.Pushups 7. abs 8. cardio

friday: 1.Squat 2. overhead press 3.pullups 4.pushups 5.abs 6.cardio

saturday: rest day

sunday: rest day


for my pushups,pullups and ab excerises i do high intensity to the point of failing and i keep going until i fail and for my compound movements i do 15-20 reps for muscular endurance. for cardio i do 10000 steps jogging on the treadmill.

also eating in a calorie deficit with high protien.

is this sustainable and good leanmaxxing method ? also should i train between the 812 rep zone for my compound movements ?
 
That is too many pull ups.

There is not enough exercise variations, there are no evolving rep ranges and there are no rows.

This is my 3x per week full body program (AlphaDestiny's novice program but adapted for conventional lifting):

Workout A

Squat 3×4-6
Paused Bench 5×4-6
Yates Row 5×4-6
Overhead Barbell/Dumbbell Extension 3×6-10
Barbell/Dumbbell Preacher Curl 3×6-10
Romanian Deadlift 2-3×6-10


Workout B

Squat 3×4-6
Paused Overhead Press 5×4-6
Conventional Deadlift 3×4-6
Close-Grip Bench Press 3×6-8
Pull Ups 3×AMRAP

Reminder that this program is terrible and @copingvolcel can only bench 115 pounds
