is this the real thing I went to the gook grocery store and bought 8 of these it was in a freezer I don't do well with k2 supplements so I eat high k2 foods like pasture raised eggs, raw cheese, sauerkrout, kimchi, goose liver, pork sausage to get a ROBUST MAXILLA AND HUGE PENIS TO SEDUCE MY NEW KOREAN ONEITIS @BrahminBoss

yeah its unfortunate I had 100g of goose liver paté two days ago, most k2 supplements give me legit heart attack symptoms despite me consuming alot of calcium its so weird, apparently there is a link with h pylori and certain bacterial overgrowths that cause these side effects in people, im gonna keep trying supplements and cut them in quarters try to start low

I had temporary heart palpitations and anxiety too with K2 supplements, both from MK-7 and from a combination of MK-7 and MK-4, I couldn't find here just pure MK-4 pills, however the symptoms disappeared eventually after a few weeks, so I had no problems with the pills anymore...
This might have to do with the calcium being moved around through the body - being pulled out from soft tissues and deposited into the bones, so supplementing with calcium at first might not be a good idea.

interesting, I never experienced any true emergency during these palpitations and chest tightness it always went away, high intakes of calcium seem to relieve the symptoms whether its a placebo effect or not, I should find a high quality k2 supplement on iherb take about 50mcg a day then consume highish k2 food and stick with it maybe it will go away

yes I'm very lonely and I would be perfectly happy with a girl like her as long as she is nice, in an ideal world we wouldnt be looksmatched but this is the reality we live in
