Best u can do is work out ur delts which can make u look slightly bigger but wont widen your frame by much. Just wear shoulder pads

Roids are so important, gonna hop on 500mg test a week this winter season if iam low inhib enough.
My frame is not that bad, its normal. Not a complete framecel.

just do some wide grip pullups along with some deadlifts where you hold the plates, post restuls on org I think you could improve frame with this a bit.
