im currently focusing on masseter and neck training, but i need some advices because i dont know much about the neck ones and how does it work

dont do all this just do neck curls for front and back and do the sme thing for the sides but use ur hands for resistance gave me a nice neck in a couple weeks mark as solution plzUse resistance band, do a loope hole and attach it to a pole, the lose end put it around in you head, walk away from the pole to add resistance, move your head horizontally lil you’re saying No with the head. Do this facing away from the pole and other facing the pole. Do this 3 times a week
