I have seen a few tiktoks about this topic and seen some crazy transformations.

I was wondering if it's cope or if it does help. if so, how should i do it?

Yes, keep in mind he might have gotten fat dissolver near his hyoid OR he could have dropped his tongue extra low to put emphasis on his baggy skin below his jaw in the before photos

There has been plenty of studies of even old people raising their resting hyoid position

I'd love to take a look at some of them in that case, because I'm very sure your hyoid is anatomically unmoveable permanently.

Well mewing is hyoid training. Personally I found some results but not extreme like for the past 3 years of me sitting all day with my tounge at the roof my mouth my hyoid prop went up 5 or so cm

There is a few about workouts, especially with singers.
Then obviously using injections.
The most interesting is the study of orthognatic surgeries where they imply that the changed tongue position after the surgery also raised the hyoid. Can you raise hyoid by changing tongue position without orthognatic surgery would be interesting to see.

I asked for you to link some studies, not to say stuff.

Surgery is surgery, yes. But if you change your tongue position (subconsciously) after surgery and that raises your hyoid bone, nothing says you can't raise your hyoid bone by consciously changing your tongue position.

at my least lean ever I was around 25% bodyfat and still had ramus visibility because of my excessive hyoid training. Right now I'm around 14-16% and my jaw is incredibly sharp and I have strong ramus and mandibular definition in any lighting or position.

Yes, you CAN shift your hyoid bone with enough time and consistent training, and NO, suprahyoid training is NOT cope.

My next softmax is getting down 10% bf and hardmax just more fillers around my jaw chin and cheekbone region and in the later future some infra implants

not sure about his transformations but a lot of his methods do engage the hyoid muscles, i did some of them and theres a video of the way he chintucks which i tried (the movements are different from regular chin-tucks that dudes like mike mew does) and it really engages ur hyoid muscles

Only mewing can raise your hyoid bone; not move it.
