If you want optimal results, eat 1.25g of protein per pound of bodyweight (look at top bodybuilders they never eat sub 1 cuz they train like animals), eat every 2.5-3 hours and eat a lot of clean carbs. Very high carb, high protein, low fat is optimal for muscle gain without getting obese.
