my body right now i want to bulk to march and cut to 12% but is it a waste of time? Should i Just aim to hit 12% instead because i am already feeling uglier and uglier

There's not a noticeable difference in those photos, as long as you're prepared to cut properly and discipline yourself while bulking (eating healthy calories) you'll be fine.

I are my daily 2500 Plus like 3k kcals so 5.5k today
Yeah, that's WAY too many jfl. Eat 300-500 above maintenance and cut from March, unless you notice a decent amount of bodyfat, in which case lower it

You already look good, if your main goal is to smash girls you can do that already. To improve your chances you should mainly focus on low body fat, as that will increase facial attractiveness.

it’s easy tho when I have work because I have to structure my day and cook my meals in the morning.

If you want to look like you lift it usually takes 3 years of constent training, eating and sleeping but you're probably going to get fat if you're not on roids or don't have chad genetics where you store fat in the best possible places.

Depends if you have shit genetics it will probably take a long time. Good sign is if you had big or above average size arms before lifting you will probably get big arms real quick.

The program I did as a beginner was stronglifts 5x5 and as an intermediate I did madcow 5x5. This is what got me big.

If you want optimal results, eat 1.25g of protein per pound of bodyweight (look at top bodybuilders they never eat sub 1 cuz they train like animals), eat every 2.5-3 hours and eat a lot of clean carbs. Very high carb, high protein, low fat is optimal for muscle gain without getting obese. Also try eat at the same times everyday and train same times every day to reduce the amount of variables
