is orbital decompression worth the botch risk?

i’m starting to get a steady income and i would love to get orbital decompression as my first official hard max, however i dont want to end up botched like Frank Tufano, nor do i want to end up blind. my first correction to my asymmetry will be a C1 atlas spine alignment, after 3 months of seeing how my face develops off of that i will most likely get the orbital decompression unless my eye area does look better.

am i able to get fat grafts after a canthoplasty or should i get thoes beforehand?

yes i would recommend getting fat grafts after cantho. way less risk of complications

I would not get one no, too risky, and you don’t terribly need it. do what they said go with the fat grafting instead
