Osstivia itself will not magically grow bones, but osstivia is simply a booster for existing stimulation. Studies show it improves calcium retention, absorption, and deposition as well so supplementing Vitamin d3, k2, and calcium would be great. It affects vit d regulation positively. It also has various other great health benefits too because of the compounds in Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, seems like a golden botanical to me. You cana also combine those things you listed as well for better performance too lol.
