just do iron cross

I only do OHP. Well I do some half assed low weight side laterals for a pump but I doubt they've done much for hypertrophy. So basically bench and OHP is my only shoulder exercise + some side laterals. Nothing else.
And yes I got a wide waist and large ribcage so don't look too wide in photos but I'm 25" bideltoid.

Maybe not your shitskin part of the world. But plenty guys here got more.

"As part of the new regulations, all helicopter passengers will now be measured by the width of their shoulders by specifically-trained trainers and medics, and those with a shoulder width of more than 55.9cm (22”) will be classed as extra broad (XBR), and will have to sit in helicopter seat next a window compatible with their shoulder size."

So as you can see it's not that uncommon with 22" bideltoid. Add gymcelling to that and you get a few more inches easy.

Literally studies done in the military (above average frames) found the highest bideltoid to be 24.7 inches and 99 percentile at 23.4 inches. You literally have to be clinically obese or 7'2 endomorph to have a 25 inch bideltoid...

So you're bsing...

i mean i don’t think it’s impossible to have 25-26 inch bideltoid
i have 22,5 bideltoid at 6’1,5 and not as developed side delts as him
so if he’s 6’5+ i might believe

Bro, this copingvolcel must be a troll. No one can say the amount of bullshit he does. I straight scroll down through his posts now jfl

I'm 6'3. Photographs are useless tho as a 5'5 manlet can look wide and big.

I suppose there is a margin of error of an inch or two depending on how I measure.

I've seen the charts. As i said to the other guy since I'm measuring myself there might be an inch or two margin of error but under no circumstance have I measured under 23" inches and then i was really trying to "shrink" myself.

Also I've probably had 500 comments on the width of my shoulders IRL. Colleagues have mentioned it so many times and the foids used to joke that I was wearing Hockey pads under my shirt. That doesn't happen if you are not wide.
