No but it’s better than the goyslop I replaced it with. I put some on sourdough bread, I get the expensive shit and there is only 2 ingredients in the PB

Peanut oil in itself is bad and peanuts have aflatoxins.

Anytime I eat peanut butter my seb derm flares up its so weird.

If you cant get rid of it at least get the one with like two ingredients peanuts and salt.

That’s kinda what I was thinking, plus high protein. I don’t think the shit I’m eating is exactly super natural, the only ingredients are roasted peanuts, sugar, palm oil, and salt
