i have a slight overbite (teeth are flared, no jaw recession) and I perma jutt.
it's legit if it's not a major overbite/recession problem.

No its bad for ur jaw joints, it can cause tmj. Just get bsso or bimax.

That just doesn't make sense. Only way to grow ur lower jaw when you're an adult is surgery.

I am not sure as I can't find sources in the internet, but try to jut and look up 35° degrees at the wall like you're watching a slideshow in class. You will feel a hurting tension in your jaw joints that wouldn't be there without jutting
