dont use phenibut if u have an addictive personality, if u wanna get more NT (which u cant do much for) u can go to a psychiatrist and they will help u (also phenibut isnt sustainable in the long term)

tbh idrk much bout it u should probably do more research on it urself but based on what i have heard its very addictive if u take it a lot esp if u have an addictive personality
