The placebo effect is apparent in stuff like drug trials where people don't know if they got placebo or the real drug.

You can't just say "oh I have placebo effect now muhhh bones grow"

no cause thumbpulling is cope. It works theoretically if you're able to apply an even amount of force constantly for 8 hours or sum but not if you're thumbpulling a couple times a day for say 10 min

Placebo effect only is triggered after you perform an action if i remember correctly; you can't just say "Oh i will have forward growth" and it will magically happen, you must first take peptides, roids, or whatever the clusterfuck method you're gonna use and THEN affirm to yourself "It will work, i'm going to ascend" in order to trigger the placebo effect in your brain. Do your own research, cus i might be saying complete bs but i think this was what happened
