I have some minor forward head posture but pretty bad anterior pelvic tilt that protrudes my lower stomach out and ruins my physique having girls sometimes ask what it is when I am lean otherwise. Been doing exercises to correct this but haven’t seen much improvement, maybe haven’t been consistent or long enough? Is there a better way to fix this and is it worth the effort if I’m 5’9 anyways
