I used to consume lots of potassium. now I get barely any and my bloat stayed the same.
is potassium cope?

not cope but from experience u need to combine it with water, low sodium and avoid eating too much carbs to get some results

Anyway it's useless now since furosemide is like 20x better with 20x less efforts :lul:

not cope but if you take too much potassium u will fuck up your electrolytes, energy levels and heart

seems like changes in diet are way healthier than eating furosemide on daily basis

that's true, but if you REALLY want to debloat just take furosemide tbh
you shouldn't take it on a daily basis btw, max 2 times/week
