is ppl split better for someone thats been working out like 3 months or full body workout dailey i do 6 days a week for eather regardless tho

im a beginner kinda i often undereat cs its so fucking hard to eat a bunch but decent sleep inconsistent tho some days 10 hours of sleep some days like 6 hours im 14 btw kinda underweight 140 pound 5,9
 
whatever u can do consistently. and track ur calories + protein.
i can do both consistently ive done 2 months of full body workouts n started doing ppl split my protein is great dailey js bad calories 2 low
 
full body every other day is the best split according to the literature
 
The best split is the one you stick with. Going to the gym 6/7 times per week is probably the fastest way to burn out.
Just focus on the protein and progressively overloading. I would recommend a 5/3/1 variant and going 3-4 times per week.
